With our new improved system you can now keep track of your orders!
Just log into your account on fotofafa.com and click 'Expanded View' in the Order History section
You can see all the information on the order being placed and status updates from the teams. Including the estimated completion date (ETC)!
You can also access old orders information under the Completed Orders tab.
*****Please note the team has to manually update any changes to the order status in the system so it might take several hours for the status to change. For example if you just 'Approved' all samples for an order you might not see the action change till later at night or the following morning.
