If you need to provide any information directly to our editing teams (for all services) you can simply reply to the order confirmation email. Or samples/proofing email notification depending on where you are in the ordering process.
If you have any order form mistakes (wrong image count, wrong file type, etc) or image upload trouble then you can contact Customer Service at support@fotofafa.com or by submitting a ticket via the contact page on our website : https://www.fotofafa.com/contacts/
If still unsure of who to contact about your issue go ahead send an email to the team but also CC Customer Service (support@fotofafa.com). That way everyone will see the issue and be able to respond accordingly.
