Adobe's Creative Cloud or CC can provide you with a few different versions of Lightroom depending on when you signed up/installed. This can cause a bit of confusion when filling out the order forms: Input/Output File types.
If you recently downloaded Lightroom or updated you have version 8.0/Classic. That is the newest Lightroom version at the moment.
If you are unsure go into your Creative Cloud apps location and see if the 'Update' button appears. If so go ahead and update. This will then provide you with the latest LR version (Classic/8.0 release).
If you are running an older version of Lightroom this might be LR4, LR5, LR6 LR& (Adobe Lightroom CC). Check the version by opening Lightroom click on Help > System Info
